METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ADJUSTING WINDING SHAPE OF WIRE COIL

PURPOSE: A device and a method are provided to automatically adjust the height and the circumference of a winding coil to be fitted with a standard and to prevent the coil from protruding when the coil is inlet into a reforming tube through a cooling table and collected on a collecting plate at a lower chamber. CONSTITUTION: A microprocessor(56) of an input and output device(50) decides the driving velocity control method of motors(74a)(74b) with the total of coil rings from a control computer(42) as a standard. If the total is within a control range, the motors are driven at variable velocity and if the total is not in the range, the motors are driven at constant velocity. The winding shape is adjusted by giving centrifugal force to a wire coil(C) descending from a coil transferring table to a collecting plate. A coil guider is given centrifugal force for automatically adjusting the shape and the collecting shape of the coil is a continual winding through the coil guider.
