METHOD OF DETECTING WATER OF GAS BOILER

PURPOSE: A method of detecting water of a gas boiler is provided to prevent an electrode rod from easily corroding by reducing the amount of electrolytes. CONSTITUTION: A method of detecting water of a gas boiler includes the steps of: driving a burner and an exhaust fan by starting a boiler in a heating mode; comparing the detected change rate of water temperature in a cistern with the set temperature range; supplying water by opening a valve if the detected change rate is larger than the set range; stopping detecting water and comparing the detected heating temperature with the reference heating temperature if the detected change rate is smaller than the set range; continuing to detect the heating temperature if the detected heating temperature is lower than the highest value; and starting to detect water if the detected temperature reaches the lowest temperature range.
