PURPOSE: A controller for preventing a defect of plastic injection is provided to prevent a forming defect by controlling an operation of injector through a detection of pressure in a melting resin filled into a cavity inside a metal mold at an injection molding in the plastic injector. CONSTITUTION: A pin(11a) of piston(11) is contacted in an ejector plate(5a) connected with many ejector pins(5) by installing a cylinder(10) inside a moving plate of machine(8) without regard to a piston(7) rod(7a) of ejector cylinder(6). A pressure switch(13) and an oil pipe(12) are connected by injecting oil into the piston(11) inside a cylinder(10). Thereby a pressure of melting resin filled in a cavity inside the metal mold is detected by maintaining the pressure of oil inside the oil pipe in a regular state with a pressure pump and a measuring container of oil(14) in the oil pipe(12).
