PURPOSE: A connecting structure of a universal joint is provided to assemble a pipe joint by cutting to a size without clearance on inserting by forming a broaching blade on the end of a shaft joint not by performing separate cutting process. CONSTITUTION: When intruding a plastic bush(3) on the inner face of a pipe joint(1), a certain cutting leftovers(d) is given to the inner diameter and an end sill(21) becoming a broaching blade is formed on the end of a shaft joint(2) and is inserted to the pipe joint. When the end sill of the shaft joint is forcibly inserted to the pipe joint, the cutting leftover is cut. The inner diameter of the plastic bush is cut by the shape and the size of the end sill naturally. Thereby, the end sill is inserted without a gap.
