PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to interface a digital satellite broadcasting receiver and a digital device by using a PCMCIA slot and a P1394 interface method, thereby allowing to store and use the signals received from the digital satellite broadcasting receiver in the digital device, as well as allowing to play an MPEG stream provided from an external digital device. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises: a PCMCIA slot(200); a digital satellite broadcasting receiver (100) for restoring and demultiplexing a transmission stream data of a satellite broadcasting signal, MPEG decoding, or demultiplexing and MPEG decoding data of a digital device provided over the PCMCIA slot to display into a screen; and an interface device(300) for interfacing data of the digital device into the input signals of the PCMCIA slot, or P1394 interfacing transmission stream data of the satellite broadcasting signals provided over the PCMCIA slot to provide into the digital device.
