PURPOSE: A multi function knob device for a car audio cassette which do not need a plurality of knobs and switches to perform the operation is provided by combining a connecting plate grounded to a ground electrode and an operation electrode with a lower surface of a knob in order to perform many operations when rotating the knob. CONSTITUTION: In a multi-function knob device for a car audio cassette, an adhesion bar(8) is downwardly protruded to a lower surface of a knob(5) inserted into a knob insertion groove(4) of a front panel(3) and fixed to an elastic connecting plate(10) where a fixing groove(9) is formed, contact protrusions(11,11") are formed by bending both ends of the connecting plate(10), and a ground electrode(18) and an operation electrode(19) are formed so that the contact protrusions(11,11") can be respectively contacted with the upper portion of a front substrate(15) connected to a lower cover(12).
