PURPOSE: A material delivering device is provided to easily be installed on a tool turret by minimizing and to hold a holding unit. CONSTITUTION: A device for delivering comprises a body(11) of a pipe shape; plural claws(13) mounted on a font end of the body by being rotatably separated from at regular angle to hold materials; a support member(17) mounted on a front face of a tool fixing turret by supporting the body; and a circular spring member(20) supplying resilient force through an actuation pin(22) by being supported on a front face of a controller(8). The controller adjusts opening of the claw according to circumference of the materials by controlling a protrusion(19) of the support member. The controller is mounted between an outer face of front side of the support member and an inner face of rear side of the body to control holding force of the claw. Thereby, the materials are held by the claw through resilient force of the spring member without additional delivering device.
