PURPOSE: A control signal composing device in an active noise control is provided to remove noise having no single tone but with complex tone elements with active noise control by composing various control signals. CONSTITUTION: A control signal composing device in an active noise control includes a plurality of wide band pass filters(113) for filtering noise signal of desired frequency element, a control part(120) converting, inputting and outputting the filtered noise signals into data type and compensating error between the noise signals and control signal output to a prescribed signal composing part according to each frequency, a plurality of low pass filters(130) filtering the noise signals and removing noise of high frequency elements, a signal composing part(140) generating control signal having inverted phase in the same amplitude through a summing amplifier, and an output part(152) amplifying and outputting control signal output from the signal composing part and offsetting noise source.
