PURPOSE: An apparatus for scattering soil for a rice seedbed is provided to maximize the condition of growing of seed rice sowed on the rice seedbed by uniformly scattering the soil by using a machine. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for scattering soil consists of a soil pulverization device(10), a soil transfer device(40) for transferring and discharging the uniformly pulverized soil to a desired position, and a frame(50) for supporting the soil pulverization device and the soil transfer device. The soil pulverization device comprises a pulverization vessel(12) containing the soil, an agitating wing mounted in the pulverization vessel for pulverizing the thrown soil, and a foreign materials filtering net. The transfer device comprises a transfer conveyor(42) for transferring the soil discharged from a discharge chute(18) mounted on the lower end of the soil pulverization device toward the front side. A first pulley(30) and a second pulley(38) are connected with a belt(32) to drive the transfer conveyor and the agitating wing at the same time.
