PURPOSE: A proportioning valve of anti-lock braking device of a vehicle is provided to exactly operate an anti-lock braking device and to improve the braking efficiency by mounting a bypass device on a proportion valve. CONSTITUTION: A bypass device, which a braking oil passes through when a proportioning valve is normal and the braking oil can't pass through when abnormal, is mounted in a housing(59). An inlet of the bypass device is formed on a bottom of a valve seat(63). A moving hole(3) is connected with an outlet. A solenoid valve(5) is connected with an ABS ECU(4) to intermittently interrupt the valve hole.
