<p>A method of manufacturing a ceramic substrate for various kinds of electronic devices, wherein conductor patterns (3) are formed by intaglio printing. Conductive paste is applied to an intaglio plate through a screen mask or a metal mask, or using a lithographic device to deposit conductive paste uniformly in any given areas. The amount of paste is adjusted by varying the number of times of application depending on the pattern desired. According to this method, fine conductor patterns of desired thickness can be easily formed to provide a ceramic substrate (1) of low conductor resistance, high wiring density and high dimensional accuracy.</p> |
