The present invention relates to the tobacco filler comprising the tobacco leaf from which the nicotine toxic to the human body is depleted and one or more selected from the group consisting of green tea leaf, Duchoong leaf, mugwort and ginseng; and the process for production thereof. The tobacco filler of the present invention has the taste and fragrance similar to the commercial tobacco and contains 1/15-1/20 of the nicotine in the commercial tobacco, and so the tobacco filler is not addictive and harmless to the human body. |
