PURPOSE: An oil supply system having a premium lottery function and a lottery method of premiums are provided to perform premium lottery by operating a premium lottery program if oil supply is completed. CONSTITUTION: An oil supply control part(255) confirms the amount of money transmitted from an oil supply device control part(110) of an oil supply device(100), controls a premium lottery driving part(250) and sets up the probability of winning according to the amount of money. The probability is set to 1/10 for 10000 won and less, 1/8 for exceeding 10000 won and less than 20000 won, 1/6 for exceeding 20000 won and less than 30000 won, 1/4 for exceeding 30000 won and less than 40000 won, and 1/3 for exceeding 50000 won. The self-oil supply control part(255) controls the premium lottery driving part according to the predetermined winning probability and operates a premium program stored in a memory(245).
