PURPOSE: A rear bumper structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent an upper end of fascia from drooping and to protect the fascia and an upper molding on the collision of a low speed. CONSTITUTION: When a collision of a rear part is generated, a shock energy is firstly absorbed through a foam for a shock absorption groove while the shock amount not absorbed is supposed to hit an impact beam(12). Herein, the impact beam blocks the shock amount, and when it is over the set up shock amount, the shock is absorbed toward a vehicle body(10). Accordingly, an upper end of a fascia(14) is prevented from drooping with the weight of a reinforcement(50). Correspondingly, even if a load is given to the upper end of the fascia by a freight or people, the fascia is not pressed or deformed since the foam and the reinforcement supports the load by elastic repulsion.
