PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a rotor slip ring of a car alternator is provided which improves the quality of a product by improving the adhesion force of a slip ring combined to a rotor axis. CONSTITUTION: A rotor slip ring of an alternator forms an inflow path of a current supplied to the coil part by being comprised on an outer circumference of a rotor axis(3) by being separated into (+) side and (-) side. A method for fabricating the rotor slip ring of a car alternator includes the steps of: fixing one slip ring to the axis of the rotor; fusing (+) terminal(11) and (-) terminal(12) to the slip ring; molding a phenolic resin by inserting the slip ring into a metal cast; cutting a center part of the slip ring after the insert molding of the phenolic resin and then making the separated slip ring be mutually insulated into (+) slip ring(21) and (-) slip ring(22). The method improves the endurance by preventing a copper ring from being separated from the phenolic resin.
