PURPOSE: A dynamic allocation method of loop filter coefficient is to provide a method to increase the performance of the whole mobile communication system by suggesting an accumulation method to follow up dynamically the variations such as the generation frequency of a frequency error, the characteristics of errors, etc. CONSTITUTION: A coefficient of a loop filter(15), used for the frequency compensation, is newly generated through a filter coefficient determination device(16) by using a parameter abstracted from the statistic characteristics of a given frequency compensation value and the algorithm having a parameter of a frequency compensation deviation outputted from the loop filter(15).
