METHOD FOR MANAGING BY DOUBLE LINE IN MAIN

PURPOSE: A management method is provided to operate without stopping a service even in case difficulty occurs on a line by double the line between an AN(access node) and an ONU(optical network unit) and between a MAIN(mult-service access integrated network) and a service node. CONSTITUTION: After initializing, a double command or a report of an event related with the double from an operator is waited. The waiting state is changed from the waiting state to a prohibiting state of cutting by receiving a 'lookout command' corresponding to the prohibition of cutting. A forced cutting is performed by receiving the forcible cutting command of the operator. A difficulty or a removing function of difficulty about every contained ATM(asynchronous transfer mode) accesses is automatically performed when the state of difficulty on the line is changed. A manual cutting function is performed by receiving the manual cutting command of the operator. The cutting of the line is automatically performed by receiving the report about the difficulty of line or the reducing report of line efficiency. The cutting state of appropriate line is changed to a 'cleared state' to be able to cut again by receiving the removing report of line difficulty.
