摘要 PURPOSE: An optimum design method for a super high -speed private telecommunication network is provided to minimize contracture expense by using a design method for the optimum of transmittal and exchange expenses and to save time, manpower and expense waste during a design/expansion of a super high -speed private telecommunication network(a VP exclusive line service network based on ATM) by automatically calculating accurate and instant results of the network design. CONSTITUTION: AN optimum design method for a super high -speed exclusive communication network comprises the steps of: clustering subscribers using input data; designing an access network of the super high -speed private telecommunication network to connect a demand of each access node according to each subscriber cluster to an edge node at a minimum cost; designing a backbone network using the results of each subscriber clustering and access network design; calculating a network contracture expense including expense to construct the above access network and the above backbone network, updating the expense of the network topology and the network contracture until the network contracture expense is no further raised, storing the final results of the design system of the super high -speed private telecommunication network and terminating the program.
