PURPOSE: A water soluble inorganic composition which has various applications such as heat-resistant, corrosion proof, waterproof or coating material and adhesive, or mixing material for cement and the like, and is environment-friendly, is provided by being comprised of odorless and nontoxic components. CONSTITUTION: A water soluble composition which can be used as a heat-resistant, corrosion proof, waterproof or coating material and adhesive, or mixing material for cement and the like by being diluted in water. The composition is composed of calcium hydroxide extracted from shellfishes and natural silicic glass as essential components, and other complex powders, wherein the calcium is preferably, used in amount of approximately 60% in volume, the natural silicic glass powder in about 30% in volume. The composition does no harm to human due to being comprised of such natural material without odor or toxicity, and facilitates processes using thereof.
