PURPOSE: A food dregs reducer is provided to minimize the volume of food dregs generated in a restaurant, to recycle by making into a granule state of a half-dried state, to improve an outer appearance and to process a lot of amount in a small size. CONSTITUTION: When a power is supplied after a cover(5) is opened, and a food is put into an inserting hole(10), the food is crushed by a crushing blade of a crushing unit(25) and falls down to a lower part. The food is transmitted by a screw(30) and is pressurized at the end, so that the water is dehydrated. Next, the dehydrated food dregs are half-dried and vented out by a drying unit(40). Herein, the crushed food dregs are piled up in a lower pedestal case(45) in a state of being half-dried by a heater(20). Further, the generated water is discharged through a discharge hole(55). |
