发明名称 SOLID ELECTROLYTE CONDENSER WITH HIGH CAPACITY FORMED BY SOL-GEL PROCESS
摘要 PURPOSE: A solid electrolytic condenser with a high capacity formed by a sol-gel process is provided to increase a capacity and a mechanical strength of a solid electrolyte condenser. CONSTITUTION: A solid electrolyte condenser includes a high dielectric substance produced by a sol-gel process using metal-alkoxide. One of Ta2O5, ZrO2, TiO2, and Nb2O5 is used for the high dielectric substance. An aluminum foil coated with the high dielectric substance is polymerized in solution where a monomer of polymer such as polypyrrole or polyaniline is soluble in a solvent such as acetnitrile, and where an ammonium salt is added. Alternatively, the aluminum foil coated with the high dielectric substance is put in soluble conductive polymer solution. According to these ways, a conductive polymer layer is produced, and then carbon and silver are coated thereon.
