PURPOSE: An insulating artificial marble for interior and exterior finish and a producing method thereof are provided to easily ornament the appearance by attaching to the interior or exterior of a building and to offer effects of insulation, soundproof and shockproof. CONSTITUTION: An insulating artificial marble is produced by the following steps. A frame(20) having a product molding space(21) of a certain shape and size is prepared. A reinforcement attachment part(12) is attached on the surface of an insulating buffering part(11) cut into the size to be inserted to the product molding space. An upper layer(13) of a certain thickness is formed by pouring an upper layer material to the product molding space. An insulating buffering part(11) with the reinforcement attachment part is input to the product molding space with an upper layer part(13). The upper layer part is contacted to the insulating buffering part by pressurizing with vibration. The frame is separated from the upper layer part grown for a certain time. The surface of the upper layer part is coated with a finish material. Thereby a coating part(14) is formed. |
