HIGH EFFICIENCY MODULE TYPE OLF HEAT EXCHANGER HAVING HEAT TRANSFER ENHANCING EFFECT

PURPOSE: A high efficiency plate-fin heat exchanger for a vehicle, a tank and general industry is provided to improve facilitating effect of heat transmission by vortex and destruction of boundary layers by designing the shape of a fin newly in a heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION: Headers(13,131,132,133) for supply fluid and having different length according to a capacity are connected to the inner part of a connecting pipe for fluid supply by using a socket(14) changing channels by alternatively inserting a ring(17) for connecting an open channel header and a disc(18) for closing the inner part of a socket for connecting a closed channel header. And an inlet/outlet pipe(16) is connected to the upper and lower ends. A plain pipe(7) is installed to place the fluid supply connecting pipe on both ends. An oblique louver fin(12) having a strip cut to having colliding angle(beta) about main flowing gas is attached on the upper part. The both ends of the plain pipe is processed to be oblique as much the cut angle(theta). The processed both ends are inserted to respective peripheral hole formed on one peripheral of the headers. A heat exchange support frame(21) is inserted to respective peripheral hole and to the connecting pipe for fluid supply and installed to two part of the upper and the lower to close the end of the headers(13,133) and support by fixing.
