PURPOSE: A Ni-Al alloy having superior oxidation resistance is provided to improve the cohesion of an oxidation film during the high temperature oxidation, thereby obtaining superior oxidation resistance by adding yttrium (Y) to the NiAl alloy so that a more cohesive Al2O3 oxide film is formed, and the formation of a NiO oxide film is restrained. CONSTITUTION: The Ni-Al alloy having superior oxidation resistance comprises at least 50 atom.% Ni, 0.7 to 1.5 atom.% of Y and 40 to 48.5 atom.% of Al.
