PURPOSE: A device is provided to smoothly cut a chip and a work piece generated by preventing the cut oil from splashing and then the protecting a worker. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic base(11) is put on a proper position of a bed(1) or a tool stand of a machine. A vertical position is regulated by moving a bar clamp(16) combined with a vertical bar(12) and a chip blocking cover(13) is regulated to be included in a process range of a work piece by moving a horizontal bar. After the regulation work, the position of the vertical bar is perfectly fixed by fastening a position fixing bolt(15). More specifically, when the position fixing bolt is fastened, each elastic cut groove of bar clamps(16,17) is closed up. Accordingly, an inner face of an inserting hole compresses an outer face of each bar placed in the hole, and each bar clamp is perfectly adhered so that the regulated position is maintained.
