PURPOSE: A check publication device is provided to be flexibly operated in accordance with the thickness of supplied papers by mounting a printer roller to be vertically movable, and to prevent the waste usage of a cartridge by causing the cartridge to be contacted only in printing instance. CONSTITUTION: The check publication device comprises a printing part(20) and a printing drive part(30). In the printing part(20), a cartridge drive roller(22) for supplying and collecting cartridges(21) required to print is formed within an upper part of a main body(10), and a printer head(23) for printing a paper using the cartridge(21) is mounted in the center of the main body(10). The printing drive part(30) consists of a printer roller driver(40), a paper discharge roller driver(60), and a cam driver(50) for operating a printer roller lever.
