PURPOSE: A repair circuit is provided to repair rows and columns with same fuse box to reduce the chip size by way of reducing the number of fuse boxes. CONSTITUTION: The repair circuit includes a decoder(20), a current bypass(30), the fuse box(40), and a repair transmitter(50). The decoder determines the pre-charge of an address line based on whether a row address strobe signal and a column address strobe signal are input or not. The current bypass bypasses the current on the address line with response to the input of the row address strobe signal/column address strobe signal. The fuse box is implemented between the current bypass and the ground and transits the voltage level of the address line based on the corresponding address is defected or not. The repair transmitter transmits the repair result to corresponding row path or column path with response to the voltage of the address line and input of the row address strobe signal/column address strobe signal.
