<p>The parts (13) to be painted are fastened to holders (25) of a transporter (12). They are then moved through a curtain (5) of falling paint, at right angles to its plane. During this movement, the curved surface of the part faces upwards, and the longest dimension (28) of the coincides with the direction of movement. Orientation of the parts is controlled by positioning of the holders. For subsequent coating of two surfaces (27,27') of the same part, the parts are left on the holders, and their positions are altered by changing the position of at least one part of a holder.</p> |
