In the present invention there is described a solid pharmaceutical medicamentous form containing codeine, which further comprises a component preventing codeine extraction by filtration and extraction with a solvent without preventing release of codeine in digestive system. Suitable components comprise film-forming agents, particularly cellulose derivatives in an amount ranging from 1 to 10 percent by weight and anionic surface-active substances in an amount ranging from 0.1 to 3 percent by weight.
