<p>A telecommunications network (T) has three hierarchical levels, forming the first level itself, divided into several sub-networks (S1,S2) each with one or more network resources (R1-R5) linked to software at lower levels (C1-C5). The sub-networks are linked to software at an intermediate hierarchical level (C6,C7). Each piece of software issues messages for a means of pricing with information on the use of the network component linked to it.</p> |
