The coupling (1) for a pipe (2) and interface (3) with a coaxial sleeve (4) has an end section (10) of greater diameter on the pipe, connected to it by a shoulder (11). The interface has a flange and a tubular male projection which fits into the pipe end section and has at least one peripheral seal. The sleeve has retaining elements (6) at one end to fit against the pipe shoulder and connectors at the other to lock onto the flange. The pipe can be made from a rigid or semi-rigid material such as steel, aluminium or plastic.
