PURPOSE: A device for guiding a lead wire of a linear motor is provided to be capable of simplifying the assembling process of the lead wires forming both ends of a wound coil and preventing the damage of the lead wires. CONSTITUTION: An outer stator(6) in which a plurality of iron pieces are cylindrically stacked. An inner stator(5) in which a plurality of iron pieces are cylindrically stated and which is inserted with being separated from the outer stator(6). A coil(2') is wound on the inner stator(5). Magnets(4) are inserted into the clearance between the inner and outer stators. Mount grooves(5c) having predetermined width and depth are formed on one side of the inner stator(5). Lead wires(2'a) forming both ends of the coil(2) are connected to connectors(7) mounted on the mount grooves(5c).
