发明名称 METHOD FOR PREPARING BIAXIALLY ORIENTING CRYSTALLINE NYLON FILM
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for producing nylon film is provided to remove difference of thickness in a film, to reduce difference between heat contraction ratio and contraction ratio of film width direction and to improve flatness of the film and to use in printing, laminating or sterilizing without deformation of the nylon film. CONSTITUTION: A melting pipe shaped film discharged from a circular die is heated after quenching and then, is biaxial drawn by forcibly inserting air. Then, the biaxial drawing film is input on a tubular heat processing oven after preheat processing between 110-150 deg.C in a machine direction and a traverse direction. The pipe shaped film lowers temperature as 25-35 deg.C than melting point of crystalline polymer resin by radiation heat and hot air. Then, the film is divided two by trimming and slitting both front ends of the pipe shaped film. The film is input to a parallel tenter typed oven in inserting specific amount air to hold the film while interval of clip chain is parallel. Thereby, the film is wound by forcedly blowing after heating the film at lower temperature as 5-15 deg.C than the melting point of the polymer resin.
