PURPOSE: A far-infrared ray generating oven is provided to promptly and equally roast meat by filling material emitting the far-infrared ray on a main wall of an oven chamber and to sanitarily cook by removing oiliness. CONSTITUTION: Reflecting plates(101,201) are attached on an inner face of a roof(20 and wall body(1) of an oven to form a heating chamber(1a) on inside of the oven. A roasting chamber(1b) is formed in the center of the oven to compare a main wall with a ceiling body(c) and main wall bodies(a,b) filling far-infrared ray emitting material(6). Thereby, the roasting chamber heats and emits the far-infrared ray. Then, a slant plate(2) is formed on a lower end of the main wall body, and an oil basin(3) is installed on a lower side of the slant plate. Moreover, a burner(10) is mounted on an outer side of the main wall body to promptly roast meat with the heat and the far-infrared ray.
