PURPOSE: A roll forming device and a stacker are provided to smoothly supply steel plates, to reduce an initial load, to exactly transfer a length of the forming steel plate, and to simply load the steel plates. CONSTITUTION: A cutting length is exactly and simply set by equipping with a scale bar(430), a stopper block(440), a camera device and a monitor device(452). A stacker portion contains a lifting arm(620) and supports a tip of a forming steel plate by a hanger block(640) to be moved through a guide rail. Thereby, the steel plate is oppositely inserted and transferred. A buffering device compensates an unbalance of transferring tension in the steel plate. Driving force of a driving motor in a roll forming portion is transferred with a time difference. Thereby, an initial driving load is reduced.
