In the present invention there is described a peroral cyclosporin multiple emulsion preconcentrate containing surface-active agent, ethanol, lipophilic and/or amphiphilic solvent. The invention is characterized in that the preconcentrate contains 4 to 30 percent by weight cyclosporin, 5 to 30 percent by weight tocopheryl-polyethyleneglycol ester of carboxylic acid containing 4 to 8 carbon atoms, 5 to 20 percent by weight ethanol, 20 to 55 percent by weight lipophilic solvent and/or 10 to 55 percent by weight amphiphilic solvent and if required 10 to 20 percent by weight co-tenside.
