COMMUNICATING METHOD BETWEEN MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND EXTERNAL DEVICE

PURPOSE: A communicating method between mobile communication terminal and external device is provided to embody various additional service using an information and telecommunication by transmitting information generated in an external device to a specific region through a terminal and inquiring a message received in the terminal, bases station information and a call state information in the external device. CONSTITUTION: An external device identifies that a terminal is connected through an RS-232serial port(S2). The external device outputs a message for identifying a connection state of a terminal, and the terminal receives the message(S3). It is judged as to whether a response signal from the terminal is received within a time set by the message outputted from the external device is received(S4). It is judged as to whether the external and the terminal are connected using a communication protocol capable of a message transmission and a message receipt when the response signal from the terminal is received within a time set by the message outputted from the external device is received(S5). It is judged as to whether a message received in the external message is existed when the external and the terminal are connected using the communication protocol capable of the message transmission and the message receipt(S6). The message received from the terminal is transmitted to the external device when the message received in the external message is existed(S7).
