PURPOSE: An one-body type constant temperature and humidity reserving apparatus is provided to be easily transported and simply installed by integrally mounting a compressor and condensers as well as reduce maintenance costs by humidifying and dehumidifying using the radiation heat of the condensers. CONSTITUTION: A compressor(10) is mounted in a main body(2) to compress coolant. A heat radiation auxiliary condenser(12) is serially connected to the compressor(10) and is mounted in an aperture(9) of the main body(2) vented to outside. A heating auxiliary condenser(14) is serially connected to the compressor(10) to be mounted to be close to an evaporator(11) cooling absorbed air, and is connected in parallel to the condenser(12) to radiate heat, and is connected to a solenoid valve. A humidifier(20) is connected in parallel to the condenser(12) and heats water using the radiation heat of a humidifying condenser(13) connected to a solenoid valve. An exhaust fan(16) absorbs external air through the aperture(9) for the cooling of the condenser(12), and radiates heat from the compressor(10) and the humidifier(20).
