Process for preparing foamy materials, biologically degradable foamy material and use thereof

The invented process is characterized by the use of A-stage resin as formaldehyde resin. The A-stage resin is modified by the addition of monosaccharides or disaccharides, sugar alcohols or condensation products of urea/formaldehyde to starting substances for preparing resol resin. A biologically degradable material produced in such a manner is used for producing foam for sticking cut flowers therein.
