PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip-proof sheet body which has fine cushioning and good sense of use. SOLUTION: A slip-proof sheet body 1 has a sheet body 2, plural suckers 3 which are provided projectingly at prescribed intervals at a back of the sheet body 2 and plural projections 4 which are arranged at a surface of the sheet body 2 whose position corresponds to a space 5 among the suckers 3. Then the suckers 3 and the projections 4 are formed unitedly with the sheet body 2 using a synthetic resin.
