PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus at a low cost capable of making a solid frozen food in a subdivided container in which a food such as ice cream, whip cream, jelly, mousse, Bavarian cream, etc., is packed, frozen, stored and solidified into a homogeneous plastic state in a short time, dishing up the frozen food in a three-dimensional way and extracting a smooth soft cream-like food immediately after being made. SOLUTION: A solid frozen food 25 put in a laminar subdivided extraction container is fixed in a main thawing extraction device. The solid frozen food is heated in a short time by a temperature-controlled heater plate 30 laid in a manner to nip the frozen food and pressurized by a heater pusher group 7-20 and is made into a plastic state. A partially physical pressure is applied from the outside of the container by the heater pusher group 7-20 to the container so that a simple thawing extraction apparatus for a frozen food capable of extracting a soft creamy food in a plastic state is provided.
