发明名称 METHOD FOR ARRANGING LASER PREVENTION MATERIAL INSIDE AEROFOIL
摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for arranging a laser prevention material inside an aerofoil having cooling holes easily. SOLUTION: An insertion material 74 of a laser prevention material having a shear-viscosity property bigger than 0 is formed, and arranged in a chamber 72 equipped with a nozzle. Furthermore, one part of the material is inserted in the nozzle from the chamber 72 so that shear-viscosity occurs to at least one part of the material before the material flows in the aerofoil 10. Also, energy is applied to the material so that the material temperature is raised higher than its melting point before the material flows into the aerofoil 10. A laser prevention material is pressurized under such a presser that additive shear-viscosity occurs when the material flow through a passage having a water diameter smaller than 40 mills (1 mm).</p>
