PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve productivity by completing exchange of a mold in a short time. SOLUTION: A vulcanizer 1 wherein the carrying-in system 5 and the taking- out system 6 are arranged on one directional side of the vulcanizer 1 is provided. A vulcanization line 2 wherein a plurality of vulcanizer 1 are arranged in parallel so as to make one directional sides of the vulcanizer 1 to be the same side, a green tire carrying line 7 arranged on one directional side of the vulcanization line 2 and for feeding a green tire 3 to a carrying-in system 5, a vulcanized tire carrying line 38 arranged on one directional side of the vulcanization line 2 and for carrying the vulcanized tire 4 to the following process from a taking-out system 6 and a mold carrying line 8 arranged on another directional side of the vulcanization line 2 and for exchanging a mold 11 to each vulcanizer 1 of the vulcanization line 2, are provided. |
