PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the exchange of batch by interstoring vacant convey plates on transverse conveying zones of a vacant take-up head section, and continuously feeding the vacant convey plates every transverse convey zones. SOLUTION: The convey plates loading bobbins, are removed from a storing zone 5 in a region of a take-up head section A. All the transverse convey zones 6 of the section A simultaneously feed out so as to submit the convey plates 19 loading the cups toward bobbin returning zones 8. During this time, the vacant convey plates 17 are pulled through a cup supply zone 2. In a take-up head section B, the vacant convey plates 17 are fed to the transverse convey zones 6 of the vacant section A through branching.preparating zones 3c during a time when the transverse convey zones 6 are made vacant in the take-up head section B. Whereby the transverse convey zones 6 of the take-up head sections A, B, C are successively and repeatedly filled with the vacant convey plates 17.
