PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit under the condition in which sufficient holding force acts to both a locking hole and a nut and then to attain decrease in costs by reducing the number of components in an object to be fitted. SOLUTION: A clip 21 is provided with locking blades 24, 24 which are fixed on a strut 23 installed on a base 22 and on a tip 23a of the strut 23, expanded from the tip 23a toward the base end 23b side, and formed to be a heap with flexibility, and fitting protrusions 25, 25 which are installed on the tips 24a, 24a of the locking blades 24, 24 and protruded toward the base 22. The protrusions 26, 26 are prepared on the sides 24b, 24b of the locking blades 24, 24, and the fitting protrusions 25, 25 are extended so that the tips of the fitting protrusions 25, 25 become long enough to make contact with the strut 23 when the protrusions 26, 26 are used to fit on the object side and the fitting protrusions 25, 25 are made to be flexible.
