PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear pump which simplifies the structure, and suppresses the manufacturing cost, as well as secures the coaxial level of a rotary shaft and a driven shaft, in a gear pump which consists of a motor; a pump housing a driving gear and a driven gear at the inside; a shaft coupling to connect the rotary shaft of the motor and the driving shaft of the pump; and an installing member to install the pump to the surface at the rotary shaft side of the motor. SOLUTION: In order to position the axial centers of a rotary shaft guide 7, a shaft coupling 3, and a driving shaft guide 8, on the same shaft, the shaft coupling 3 is inserted to the inner side of them. At the same time, a guide member 9 on whose both ends, the rotary shaft guide 7 and the driving shaft guide 8 are fitted is provided by separating from an installing member 4. The flange part of the guide member 9 is fitted to a hole 20 whose diameter is a little larger than the the outer diameter of the flange part of the guide member 9 which is provided at the base board 4b of the installing member 9, and the guide member 9 is held by a pump case 12 through a sealing member 26 which is installed to the surface 18 at the rotary shaft 5 side of a motor 1, and the installing member 4 side of the driving shaft guide 8 of a pump 2.
