PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ionization activate intake air to promote atomization through bonding with supplied fuel and to enhance combustion efficiency through strong gasification by loading high voltage minus ion electrons by means of a discharge needle mounted in an intake air duct. SOLUTION: Minus ion electrons are loaded into an engine intake air duct 1 from a high voltage ion electron generator 2 via a high voltage cord 3 by means of a discharge needle 4 and intake air is thereby ionization activated to promote the atomization of mixed gases through bonding to increase horse power through complete combustion by ignition and improve fuel consumption. Exhaust gas contamination can also be reduced through the complete combustion.
