PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the function by adding lime to a main material consisting of charcoal grain, cement and waste paper pulp followed by hardening and molding, and exposing the charcoal grains on the surface. SOLUTION: Lime or the like is added to a main material consisting of a mixture of charcoal grain or charcoal powder 1, cement 2, and waste paper pulp, and the mixture is hardened and molded by use of a mold to form a hardened molded product 3 such as inner wall material 3' or the like. The molded product 3 has charcoal grain or charcoal powder exposed to the outer surface to absorb the moisture in the wet air or release the moisture to the air in drying to regulate the air moisture. The molded product 3 having a triangular section is used as the corner material of a room for dwelling house to absorb dew in a corner angle part to regulate the air moisture. Further, an inner wall material 3' is horizontally fitted to a recessed part formed on the inside bottom part of a concrete foundation to form an underfloor moisture regulating material, whereby the moisture staying under the floor can be properly regulated, and harmful insects can be also exterminated. According to this, the interior or underfloor moisture can be automatically regulated, and heat insulating property and fire resistance can be also improved.
