PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of waste water by connecting a pressure control valve making discharge pressure constant to an original solenoid valve for performing water feeding and shielding and supplying discharge water of the pressure control valve to a heater by a water pump to jet hot water from a nozzle. SOLUTION: When backside washing is selected and operated by a washing mode button, an original solenoid valve 2 is opened by the output of a microcomputer 13, and city water flows through the original solenoid valve 2 and a pressure control valve 3. After the discharge water of the pressure control valve 3 is supplied to a heater 5 by a rotation speed coincident with the backside washing to become hot water, it is supplied to a four-way valve 11 communicating with a nozzle 12 coincident with the backside washing through a flow sensor 8 to be jetted from the nozzle 12 as washing water. Even when the inlet water pressure of water supplied from a water inlet 1 is high, the downstream pressure of the pressure control valve is operated so as to be substantially previously set water pressure. Thus, when water energy is weakened by a water pump, the occurrence of waste water can be prevented because the pressure control valve throttles the valve.
