PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mounting work by providing a protruding part provided on one of the lower end part of a strut and a base and a recessed part provided on the other, and fitting the protruding part to the recessed part in such a manner as to be mutually non-rotatable with rotation phases differed at a specified pitch. SOLUTION: A base 1 is formed of a plate base body 11 and a narrow and short reinforcing plate 12, and the lower surface 11b of the base body 11 is rigidly connected to the upper surface 12a of the reinforcing plate 12. A recessed part 13 allowing the fitting of a square nut 21 provided on a strut 2 is formed in about the longitudinal and lateral center of the base body 11 so as to extend through from the upper surface 11a to the lower surface 11b. When the base 1 is mounted on the strut 2, the square nut 21 is fitted to the recessed part 13 so that four corners 21a of the square nut 21 arranged on the lower end part 2b of the strut 2 are substantially conformed to the apexes 13as out of the right-angled apexes 13as, 13bs of the recessed part 13, and a bolt 5 is screwed to the square nut 21. In this case, the square nut 21 is fitted to the recessed part 13 in such a manner as to be mutually non-rotatable with rotation phases differed at a pitch of 45 deg.. Accordingly, the mounting strength can be enhanced.
